NPBA

NPBA (U+0149) is deprecated and it will be removed in LPTT-2. It cannot be removed in monospaced fonts because it's a critical part of Subset1 and Subset2, including codepage 853. Monospaced Type Design fonts are required to include Subset1. U+0149 is the same as small n in Riglos Mono. In fact it will be fixed in late may, and it was removed from Charis SIL, Doulos SIL, Andika, and Gentium Plus. Unicode does NOT recommend because it was deprecated in Unicode 5.2 after the release of kazakh tenge.
