I maked a font called Riglos Plus, monospaced. Various glyphs are in Riglos but not in Riglos Plus. It hasn't Vietnamese, digit styles, etc. But it has Latin Greek Cyrillic Armenian Hebrew Arabic Thai Georgian Japanese and 1999 glyphs, covering Pinyin and Pinyin IPA (67)

Because it is intended to get 9 scripts but less than 4894 glyphs, it is a MTAVRULI georgian font (so it hasn't lowercase. There is forwards compatibility. I will send it March 23-24-25 (or the Left Right March, unknown day) and then compare Riglos Plus with Riglos.

In a monospaced fake bitmap font, make sure every single glyph is the same width, and no glyph exceeds 8×16 boundaries. PiotrGrochowski (talk) 05:51, 21 March 2020 (UTC)
