Subset4

Subset4 will be the next step after Subset3+, and it is planned to be in Custom Font ttf 4.0 when it gets released.

The Subset4 character set hasn't been made yet (as it takes time to create a stable set of thousands of characters), but an internal development version of Custom Font ttf 4.0 that has an experimental character set of 3929 characters. It is expected that more characters will be added to Subset4 before it gets released, but less than the 8450 halfwidth characters of Kissinger 2 dev4, reaching a magnitude of 4500—8000 characters, whereas a set closer to 3929 characters is more likely to become Subset3.2 or something.
